Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Beauty products—such as creams and items containing liquids—cannot be returned unless they are in their original packaging or sealed. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to them, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning higher-value items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
